5 Foods Should You Be Eating With Your All Natural Diet Pills

Sardines – You can’t go wrong with sardines: they are loaded with calcium, omega-3s, iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin B, copper, and more. Sardines can be eaten plain, or trying mixing them with some spaghetti and pesto for an easy pasta dish.
Blueberries – Whether you eat them fresh, frozen or dried, the benefits of blueberries are numerous and can contribute to better vision and memory. Enjoy them with yogurt or as part of a fruit smoothie packed with Hoodia supplements.
