Fruit Drink Frenzy

During the summertime, there’s no better way to cool down than to drink up. My favorite way to do this is by making a fruit drink. It doesn’t really matter what you use, as long as you fill up a blender with a bunch of fruit, you can burn body fat fast.

Here are some supplies you’ll need:

1 cup Orange Juice
½ pint blueberries
½ pint strawberries
½ pint raspberries
1 bannana
½ cup vanilla yogurt for thickness and protein
Ice

Throw all these ingredients in the blender and you have yourself a delicious berry blend. With tons of antioxidants and vitamins, this one shake has almost all of your fruit needs for the day. It will definitely help you stay healthy and burn body fat fast. If you want some variety, experiment with some other fruits and veggies. Keep the ratios the same, and don’t be afraid to get creative.  One suggestion: the banana is great for added sweetness, and the yogurt is good for texture; if it’s too tart, reduce it by half.

If you want an additional burn, try a discount diet pill. This can help to make your abs pop, because it will metabolize these sugars faster, and give you that scalloped look.
